10 Second Plot Drabble
-Yeah this took like five seconds, sorry about that, it’s not very good lmao, I didn’t have much time to write anything between classes. So umm. here’s a little drabble inspired by the detective plot I came up with.
So like, I’m going to be calling her Velistra, alright, so letsago YAHOO
Disclaimer; i am good with ideas but not the best with execution, so just keep that in mind lmao.
Drabble:
Velistra Silvermere was a lady of high society. Graceful, elegant, poised, cultured, the picture of what a noblewoman should look like.
Unfortunately for Velistra Silvermere, her body had been taken over by an absolute wreck of a person.
“My lady, it’s time for your embroidery les-” The maid stopped mid sentence, jaw agape.
Because the embodiment of elegance, the woman who would sooner die than appear anything but perfect, was currently the exact opposite of everything she had so passionately stood for.
Velistra’s beautiful, ruby magenta hair, was tied into a messy bun, she was wearing a nightgown that was currently ruffled, and awkward. Her usually flawless face was obscured by large bags under her eyes and a maniacal grin that made her look like she was planning a murder.
“M- my lady…” The maid asked, hesitating. Velistra whipped her head around, eyes wide from apparent loss of sleep.
“Sorry I’m busy, can’t talk right now.” She hastily explained before chugging an entire cup of coffee. She proceeded to refill it almost as fast as she had chugged the drink.
Then, as if completely forgetting the maid was there, Velistra whipped her head back to her paper, and began writing furiously.
Unable to control herself, the maid succumbed to her curiosity. She slowly inched towards the desk and peeked at the notes Velistra was making. She saw a few papers.
One stack of papers was sloppily paperclipped and labeled“EVERYTHING I KNOW ABOUT THIS KILLER.” The paper Velistra was currently writing on featured a headline “EVERYTHING I REMEMBER ABOUT SERIAL KILLERS.”
“Dahmer tried to build a alter of his victims skulls, that didn't work so he decided to settle for keeping their body par-”
The maid had no idea who this “Dahmer” was, but the moment she read that sentence she decided it was best to leave.
She walked out of the room and closed the door behind her.
The butler had been waiting outside. “Where is the lady-” He began.
“She’s sick.” The maid interrupted before walking as fast as she could away from the door to Velistra’s room.
