All products and services offered — including virtual currency (Coins), premium chapter unlocks, memberships, and cosmetic items — are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. By completing any purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
All purchases made on ValirScans are final and non-refundable. This applies without exception to all forms of payment and all types of purchases, including but not limited to:
- Virtual currency (Coins) purchased via any payment method
- Premium chapter unlocks using Coins
- Membership subscriptions and renewals
- Cosmetic items such as profile decorations, badges, and themes
- Any other digital goods or services offered on the platform
Once a transaction is completed and the digital product has been delivered to your account, the sale is considered final. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks will be honored.
Coins are a virtual currency used exclusively within ValirScans to access premium content. By purchasing Coins, you understand and agree that:
- Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be converted back to cash, transferred, or redeemed for any form of real currency
- Coin purchases are instant digital deliveries — once Coins are credited to your account, the transaction is complete and irreversible
- Unused Coins remain in your account but are not eligible for refund at any time, regardless of the reason
- If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, any remaining Coins will be forfeited without compensation
- We reserve the right to modify Coin pricing, bonus structures, and package offerings at any time without obligation to refund previous purchases
When you use Coins to unlock premium chapters, series, or other digital content:
- Access is granted immediately and permanently (or for the duration specified) upon purchase
- Once content has been unlocked, the Coins spent cannot be refunded or reversed
- Content availability may change due to licensing, removal requests, or other factors — no refunds will be issued if content is later removed from the platform
- You are responsible for ensuring you are purchasing the correct content before confirming the transaction
We accept payments through trusted third-party payment processors including Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency providers. Regarding payment disputes:
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving digital goods is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban
- If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to pursue all available remedies, including but not limited to revoking access to purchased content and reporting the dispute to relevant fraud prevention services
- Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by payment processor errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — please contact our support team with transaction details
While our general policy is strictly no refunds, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider reviewing a transaction in the following extremely limited circumstances:
- Unauthorized transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization due to fraud (not related to shared account credentials), and you provide a valid police report or fraud claim reference
- Technical errors: If a verified platform error resulted in you being charged without receiving the purchased digital goods, and our system logs confirm the failure
Even in these cases, any resolution is entirely at our discretion and may take the form of account credit (Coins) rather than a monetary refund. We are under no obligation to issue refunds under any circumstance.
This no-refund policy is consistent with standard industry practices for digital goods and services. Under applicable consumer protection laws:
- Digital products that are delivered immediately upon purchase are generally exempt from cooling-off period refund rights, as the consumer has consented to immediate delivery
- By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply
- This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms of Service

- Ensure you understand that Coins are non-refundable virtual currency
