Guys this is NOT ok..-

Bro ok so the other day me and my 2 besties were at the school gym (we have 2 MASSIVE gyms) and anyway we aren’t allowed our phones, but they kept running into each other tryna get the ball from one another so I filmed them, and I stopped filming after 2 mins bc my arm was shaking so hard.. I WAS ONLY HOLDING UP MY LIGHT ASF PHONE…..

Now my arm muscle fucking hurts… like uhm excuse me??? I HELD MY PHONE UP FOR 2 MINS AND I STRAINED A MUSCLE? I actually wanna cry. I USED TO BE SO FIT BRO I CAN’T LIVE LIKE THIS 😭🙏
