Help 😭
I think my face is protesting my lack of reading time. I'm breaking out all on my chin. My skin care routine hasn't changed but I'm turning back into Rocky Mountain…. that’s what they called me in middle school when my acne was at its worst

(•́⌄•́๑)Haha, so it turns out everyone here has had to deal with acne! Generally speaking, acne happens when your skin produces too much sebum (oil). This oil mixes with dead skin cells and clogs your pores. The clogged pore creates a closed environment where bacteria can multiply rapidly. To fight off the bacteria, your skin reacts by becoming red, swollen, or forming pus-filled bumps.
Usually, washing your face twice a day (morning and night) with a gentle cleanser is all you need—whatever you do, don't over-cleanse! After washing, remember to apply a lightweight moisturizer and sunscreen to keep your skin's moisture and oil levels balanced.
Whatever you do, don't pop them: Try not to squeeze your pimples with your hands! Not only does this spread inflammation, but it also easily leaves behind permanent dark spots and acne scars.
Watch your diet: Stick to a regular sleep schedule and try to cut back on high-sugar foods (like pastries and bubble tea) and dairy. These can easily trigger excess oil production and make acne worse. They also contribute to skin aging, so it's best to limit them... But hey, this advice isn't exactly tailored to your specific profile or real-life situation, is it? ( ˙꒳˙ ) hh
I use K beauty products and they've been working really well. I can't afford the American stuff that works. I had an acne drying powder but I can't find it. It can dry out a pimple in 24 hrs …I might have to search my sisters room. She's always taking my stuff
Breakouts for me usually happen during my period. But usually never any other time. And I feel so baddddd for you
