How You ACTUALLY Do A White Lotus

White Lotus in manhwa are overdone, annoying, and rarely done correctly. It’s very rare for a white lotus to be more than just a jealous annoying beach. But white lotus can be done so well. And a key example of that is ace attorney, Ace Attorney is a visual novel game where you are a lawyer and defend your clients for murder, while catching the real culprit.
And one of Ace Attorney’s culprits is Dahlia Hawthorne.

Dahlia is the perfect white lotus, she knows when to use her “delicate” image and when to use her pure evil. She’s a murderer, but not out of jealousy or whatever, but because of MONEY. She’s charming, evil, and perfectly passive agressive. She has so much sass and aura, and despite her being PURE EVIL, she’s a awesome character. Ace Attorney is the BEST at making 90% of their culprits charming in some way. (if you play it I wanna tell you the first two cases of the first game teh culprits dont fit into that criteria) Anyways, I wish more white lotus’s were motivated by something other than “I WANNA BE pOpULAR” and not by jealousy but by GREED. Plus, Dahlia does her own dirty work. Unlike most white Lotus’s that never do their own dirty work. Sure, she also uses people, but when it’s all said and done, she’s the one who does all the evil stuff. I wish manhwa had more white lotus’ like this, more evil, more supervillain esq, rather than a freaking mean girls antagonist. I like the white lotus troupe but Iit’s overdone, so lets fix that >:D
