Well In case you don't know I LOVE drawing..
And would like to start a short story with mostly mystery and comedy 40-50 chaps or maybe less because I always dreamed of making my own story!
But I'm not so good for short stories ideas..
Sooo I would like if y'all help me to get a good story idea :D
I always liked that vibe like alsnt or smth like that D: or an apocalypse (not zombies but ai)
Okay so i’m coming up with this on the spot rn so bear with me
So two police officers, in a semi-modern romance fantasy (so like, king and queens and emperorrs and aristocrats, but also police force and cars and all that stuff, and magic is rarer)
Anyways, two police officers, can be straight, bl, gl, whatever works. Anyways, so both of them are assigned to the homicide unit, so they deal with that stuff. They realize that a lot of murders are connected and they know that it’s being covered up.. Someone in the police force doesnt want these deaths investiagated. These two, despite hating one another’s guts (at first) are the only ones who seem to realize that there is a serial killer, and they have to team up to find the killer, on top of the cases they’re already taking. They have the kinda dynamic where when one is right about who the killer is and teh other isnt they’re like “I TOLD YOU SO!!”
They strive for justice but also are a bit silly. They are both actually nobles, but one is of low class, and the other can’t reveal he is because of some sucession drama. They both realize that the nobles have something to do with the murders, so they have to go undercover, in high society, acting like a couple, in order to gather info. There are scenarios where they are nearly caught and they get out of it in the dumbest of ways. There are gonna be a mix of action and drama. One moment they’re kicking bad guys, the next they’re at a tea party.
The two grow closer and end up falling in love but both are really stubborn. The thing about these two, is that they arent divine prophicied protagonists, they don’t have super powerful magic, or anything super specical. They’re just teh most stubborn mf ever.
If it’s a ml and and fl, then the ml isnt a second protagonist, both have chapters from their pov’s, they are equals in this.
The two end up discovering who the killer is, and the have to do whatever they can to bring them down before more lives are taken.
Yeah, I’m thinking for the plot twist one of their allies should be the killer, and the ally should not be overly sus, they should be portrayed as your basic side character just form comic relief, so no one realizes the rolel they play, but tiny hints should be placed.
It also has lots of comic relief of the two getting into all kinds of mischeif 😽
I HAD NO PLAN WHEN I STARTED WRITING THIS I JUST STARTED TYPING TO SEE WHAT CAME OUT SO ITS NOT THE BEST BUT WE CAN WORKSHOP IT!!
