For me I have a long list because there are just some characters in what I read who go way to far in antagonizing the MC.
Like you the list is way too long for me to write ( mainly because I'm lazy af). I will say though that it's usually an ex that just won't get the point that it over, or a family member with obvious obsessive tendencies that can't get a life.
Tbh, most of the ones I feel go to far are the annoying characters.
But the characters I recall PMO the most in ALL of manhwa go as follows
The sister, Isabella in "Im the Queen in this Life" (I might hate this character more than ANY other manhwa character)
Ari from Sincerly Your Broken Saintess (pigtail obsessive brat who speaks in third person)
I forgot what her name was I think it was Rena or something, but the sister of her ex husband/og FL from "I will divorce the FL's siscon brother" she PMO (another pigtail brat)
Iris from Villainesses Have More Fun/Today the Villainess Has Fun Again
The FL's ex-fiance from "I became the master of the devil"
The sister from "Shards of a Broken Glass Slipper"
Both the sisters from "Noble in Name Vulgar at Heart"
The Male Lead from "WE HATET THE MALE LEAD!!!!"
Fl's stepbro from "How to Win My Husband Over"
The saintess from "the siren becoming the villain's family"
Fl's stepmom from "The Reason Why the Villainess Picked Up a Sword"
All the 2nd Ml's from "Praesape outside the cage"
The emperor from "You're Unforgiver your Majesty"
The fl's ex-fiance from "Raising my Fiance With Money"
