New community members think making a post under ‘help and support’ is how to report an issue. I think it's a reasonable assumption. However, admin doesn't really check it often so they seem to prefer if you report any issues directly on the series page via the report button

Or

On the discord. Either by putting in a support ticket request ( usually for site issues)

Or

On the ‘Series-Fix’ channel for series specific issues
