I put in my support ticket, hopefully the problem will be resolved soon. I think they are pretty good about fixing issues pretty fast, so I'm not worried

Forgot to update but my issue has been fixed. I can unlock and read from any series now.
I just had to tweak my settings a bit. The ticket process wasn't painful and no one was condescending when helping me which I appreciated greatly
