Do any of you guys have insomnia? How long does it take to fall asleep? What’dya do to fall asleep?
Cuz what da fack- i’ve been laying here for 2 hours straight not doing anything but sleep is ghosting me like crazyyyyyyyyyy.

Try putting on a documentary or a boring youtube.. Somehow I never make it to the end
Sameee,I usually have some trouble sleeping because overthinking sooo I just pull this trick.. fake scenarios in my mind and problem resolved hehehe!
I always just make up stories in my head where i know they will never be marked down anywhere but its satisfying when your made up obsessive ML falls for the FL. then sleep arrives just like that.
I've had insomnia since I was 12. I'm on prescription meds to help me sleep. Im supposed to take them every night at the same time but I don't. I don't remember most of the time.
With the meds I'll fall asleep with 1-2 hrs. Without it….i could end staying up all night. Like tonight.
