I am reading the cont’s secret maid and I have a theory that Vincent gonna think that Alisha is Paula ( I m only at the moment where Paula saw Vinacent for the first time after 5 years ) and I think that Vincent will think at first that she is Paula but after he is gonna see that she have a different comportment than the “real” Paula .
