There's a Ukrainian student in our class (he's new).

So, there’s this Ukrainian guy who came to our class last week and he doesn't speak French, just English and Russian (yeah, I just learned that Ukrainians speak Russian). So we talk to him in English or there's this guy in our class who's Russian and translates for him. Last week he taught us a word, "yasuka," and so we kept saying it, and the guy who translates told us, that it means :"I am a b*ch," and he said that the word for "you" is "ti," so me and my friend kept saying "tisuka" to him to get back at him. But then we stopped and asked him if we could be friends, and he said no because we had said that to him, and he told us, "Yeah, you should have thought about that before." So me and my friend are going to go see him every single day and ask him the same question until he says yes(or maybe not idk if I have a better idea). And if you guys have any advice besides that on how to become friends, please let me know.
